Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the log into slices about 1/4 inch thick (work quickly before the dough softens) and place them on a lined cookie sheet sprinkled with sesame and/or poppy seeds. Bake for about 8 minutes or until the edges of the crackers are golden brown. Let the crackers cool completely before serving. Best eaten the same day but can store them in an airtight container for a few days.
Makes about 60 crackers.
