Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes , diced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 red bell pepper , seeds removed, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeno , seeds and membranes removed, diced (for more heat add another jalapeno)
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves , chopped
  • juice of one lime ( about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. While you can serve this salsa immediately, for best flavor results allow the mango salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days (any longer and it becomes mushy).
