Adobo Seasoning

A staple in Latin American and Caribbean cuisine, this Adobo Seasoning is used for marinating meats, poultry and seafood and as a delicious all-purpose seasoning blend for virtually everything!

  • Place all of the ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Seal the jar with a lid and store it in a dark, cool place. It will keep for up to 6 months. Shake before each use to redistribute the ingredients.
    Makes about 1/3 cup of adobo seasoning.
