A staple in Latin American cuisine, Sazon Seasoning adds bold color, rich fragrance, and incredible flavor to your dishes!

annatto powder
, can substitute half paprika/half turmeric

tablespoon
crushed Mexican oregano
, recommended for best authentic flavor but can substitute regular/Greek oregano

garlic powder

tablespoon
ground coriander

tablespoon
ground cumin

teaspoons
onion powder

teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

teaspoon
kosher or sea salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight jar in a dark, cool place for up to six months. For optimal flavor use within 2 months. Shake before each use to redistribute the ingredients.
This makes about 1/3 cup of seasoning.
