Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup quality mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup ketchup style chili sauce (e.g., Heinz chili sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon very finely minced onion
  • 2-3 teaspoons prepared horseradish , add more or less according to heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight to give the flavors time to meld. Will keep for up to a week.
