This Creamy Cilantro Dressing doubles as a sauce and is fabulous on everything from tacos, burritos, sandwiches, and wraps, to roasted vegetables, grilled meats and even fries!
Place the cilantro, olive oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic, honey and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and blend until incorporated.Pour the sauce into a glass jar, screw on the lid, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving, preferably longer. Stored in an airtight jar in the fridge it will keep for up to a week.Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
