    1. Hi Linda, I haven’t tried but I think freezing it will result it a weird texture when it thaws, mostly because of the mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is an emulsion made of oil, egg yolks, and vinegar/lemon and as it thaws that emulsion tends to break, resulting in a separation of those different components, with the liquid at the bottom and the oil floating on top. In short, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d either use it all up or just make half the batch at a time.

  1. Followed the recipe but used a spicy honey. AMAZING! Even my 2 year old gobbled it up:) So delicious. Thank you for sharing

  2. Garlic ๐Ÿง„and Cilantro Mayo โ€ฆ Honestly how could you possibly go wrong!! I bought ingredients to make a Mexican style cilantro potato salad and your recipe helped me to tweak it up a bit๐Ÿ™‚Anyone can adjust making it to their own taste. 3. VERY GOOD!!!!!! Not too much honey or lemon juice but I will cut back on the salt next time. A perfect way to use up all that extra cilantro.
