Easy to make and absolutely flavor-packed, roasted rutabaga makes a superbly healthy and delicious side dish you can pair with your choice of meats or poultry.
Preheat the oven to 400 F.Prepare the dressing: Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Pour the dressing over the diced rutabaga in a large mixing bowl and stir until evenly coated. Pour the rutabagas out in a single layer onto a lined baking sheet.Bake for 20 minutes. Use a spatula to turn them over and then bake for another 25-30 minutes or until soft inside and starting to brown on the edges.Serve immediately.
