Ingredients
3leeks, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds, rinsed and drained in colander
2thick-cut slices of bacon, cut into small thin strips
2tablespoonsbutter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until done. Add the leek and butter and saute until the leek is tender, about 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
